Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

You’re eligible for a return if:

  • The item is unused and in good condition

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is free for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

  • For all other returns, return shipping costs may apply, but we’ll guide you through the process and keep it simple

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Once approved, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund, no questions asked.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you of the status of your refund

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item for another one, just contact us and we’ll help arrange it.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, the order may already be in processing or transit.
